Kyrgyzstan is considering necessary to refrain from recognition of the independence of Kosovo till the UN Security Council final decision
According to the UN Resolution N1244, where the central role in peaceful process is assigned by the UN and Kyrgyzstan is confirmed own respect and adherence to the UN principles.
Kyrgyzstan pays attention that the declaration of independence in unilateral format may arouse the separatist activities in the whole world. Thereupon, Kyrgyzstan appeals the sides to solve the issues in the way of peaceful negotiating process in the frame of international law and security.
Moreover, the Kyrgyz Republic appeals the UN Mission to provide the guarantee of equal and secure rights for all ethnic groups of the region.
