Graduated from faculty of sinology of Far Eastern State University.
Since 1992 work in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Since 1993 -1996 –Third Secretary, second Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic Embassy in People's Republic of China
Since 1996-1997 – First Secretary of MFA KR
In May 1997 appointed as deputy head of department of the Prime-minister's office of the KR
In 1997 - 1999 - Chief of department of the MFA KR
In 2000 worked as Counsellor of the Kyrgyz Republic Embassy in FRG
In 2001 – 2003 – Counsellor of the Kyrgyz Republic Embassy in the People's Republic of China
In 2003 appointed as Chief of department of the MFA KR
Since March 2004 till September 2005 –National Coordinator of SCO from the KR in the rank of deputy minister
Since April 2005 - Deputy Minister of foreign affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
24 July 2007 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic in the People's Republic of China
26 January 2009 - Minister of foreign affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
has diplomatic rank Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the KR
